Powdered PeanutButter
For breakfast today I just tried the powdered peanut butter! It was so good! You can add milk or water to make peanut butter and it only has 1.87 g of fat in 2 tbls! It also has only 3.4 g carbs and 5.65 g of protein! I had it in my chocolate whey protein shake this morning and it tasted just like a peanut butter cup! YUM! If anyone is interested in it I think you can only get it online. It is called PB2 and the website is www.bellplantation.com I know they also have chocolate peanut butter powder which I am getting next!!! If you get it, let me know what you think. :)
I chose not to order the chocolate at the same time, because I can mix the PB2 with my choc protein powder for a similar flavor but a better calorie/protein ratio.
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 heaping tablespoon PB2
1 cup milk
Ice
Whirl in blender until smooth and yummy.
